Poem: OH BLOW

A windy day

            in old James Bay

the seagulls all are flyin’

me brolly’s just blown inside out

and nearly poked me eye in.

I hate the snow

            and moan “OH NO”

when heavy rain starts fallin’

and start to rail at wind and gale

with language quite appallin’.

So let me go

            where no winds blow

and the sun shines every day

I’ll lay on me back til’ me skin turns black

and me brains all boil away.
