Poem: Spring Activity

Water turbulence, tumbling winds and tides

Working together

Pile water-soaked logs on shore.

      Invading destroying,

Sending the sandpiper skittering

Small creatures disappear into sand.

Amidst all this turmoil

Yellow Daffodils and Blue Camus

Continue their annual run

Down Beacon Hill to the sea.
