JBCP honours its volunteers at a Royal-tea

By Moira Dann

At an afternoon event April 16 described by one attendee as a “heartwarming delight,” the James Bay Community Project celebrated its loyal volunteers as the heart and hands of so much of what is done at 547 Michigan St. through JBCP and Capital City Volunteers.  Volunteers were treated to cake and tea, got to play Royalty Trivia, and had the chance to socialize with friends and JBCP staff and board members. The event was held during Volunteer Appreciation week April 15-21 but we really appreciate our volunteers every week of the year
